I worked at a tanning salon for 5 years so I know what is expected. Nova kills it!! Their cleanliness is incredible. The customer service is refreshing. The salon is organized. It makes it so relaxing! Happy to be a customer :)

I have been a customer since they opened in 2019. The girls are always helpful with the best customer service. I use the versa spray tan mainly and noticed it was not as dark as normal one time. I let them know of the issue and it was fixed quickly by the next time I came to get sprayed.

The girl at the front was so sweet and really helpful!!! I got a membership for the grand package. Prices are fair. Happy to find a tanning salon since I just moved to this town. It made it a lot more welcoming! Excited to keep trying out this salon.
